Do
I need a credit card to join? - No, you do not need a
credit card to join. To purchase products; however, most
merchants require payment via a credit card, and unless you
purchase you cannot earn cashback.

I cancel my membership at any time? - Yes, you may
cancel membership at any time, and without any fees.

Am
I obligated to make purchases? Are there minimum
purchase requirements? Must I purchase every-so-often? - You are
not obligated to make any purchases whatsoever. Purchase only
the products you desire, without any annual or minimum volume
requirements. However, you cannot earn cashback unless you make
a purchase.

How
soon after making a purchase do I get credited the cashback
award? - Typically confirmations arrive from the
merchant (seller) within 30 days, but could take up to 60 days.

What
happens if I make a purchase, but the merchant (seller) fails to
confirm it? - Contact us and provide the following
information (as was given to the merchant upon purchase) *Name of the purchaser; *Address of the purchaser;
*Product purchased; *Amount of purchase; *Date of purchase;
*Purchase transaction number. We shall forward that information
to the merchant for confirmation. If; however, the merchant denies
and/or otherwise ignores our request for confirmation of purchase, we will not credit you nor remit to
you the cashback amount, and you agree and understand that neither
CashBackCompany.com nor its parent Pulsar Marketing Inc.
shall further act as an arbitrator or representative on your
behalf, and that any further resolution attempts; including
litigation, must be conducted
solely between you and the respective merchant.

Who
sends me my cashback checks? - Cashback checks are
distributed by our parent Pulsar Marketing Inc.

How
fast and how often are cashback checks mailed out? - At
the end of each month, we mail out cashback checks to people who
had purchased a product the previous month and/or received
confirmation the previous month for an earlier purchase.

What
identification is required to join? - As a minimum you
must provide your first and last name, your physical street
address, city, state, zip code, contact phone number, Social
Security Number or Federal Tax ID.

What
tax documents are required? - You must provide Pulsar
Marketing Inc. with a valid W9 tax form, which we will gladly
mail to you each year in which you earn cashback. We must
receive your W9 tax form prior to disbursing cashback payments
to you.

How
do I make a purchase to earn the cashback award? - Once
your free membership is activated, you will be given a login and
password to your online account at AllianceAds.com. At the
AllianceAds.com website, you will see the products for sale and
how much each one awards in cashback. When you click on the
special purchase link, you will be redirected to the merchant seller's
website. If you purchase the product, the merchant is
responsible for notifying us. Upon that
notification/confirmation, the cashback award is credited to
your account.

Can
I earn cashback for purchases made by my family and friends?
- Yes. Via your online account, you can obtain special links to
the products for sale, and you can email those links to your
family and friends. Upon confirmation by the merchant(s) of
their purchase(s), you will be credited the cashback award.

website? - Yes. If you own a website, you can earn
cashback by placing our product advertisements onto your
website, using the special graphic code we provide to you.
